What I really like about your b.o.b. is that you take medical care very seriously and it is something so many people underestimate so they take 4 weapons instead. And something very important for me was these temporary filling thing... Don't know how americans call it. :) Because once my filling and a part of my tooth broke off and the pain was so intense that I was literally climbing up the walls. So I think you should extend you b.o.b. with an "EMERGENCY DENTAL FIRST AID KIT FOR TRAVELERS".
@cooldude99662 go to google and search for "Emergency Relief First Aid System" they cost about 100$ but I think it is worth it. Made by South Dakota Safety Council.
Damn, and I thought I was prepared. Talk about a great kit.
Can I make a few suggestions for the medical? Ammonia inhalents (they're CHEAP) -- and the most important thing is quick clot (I think) or Celox (if you're trained). The quick clot is in a sponge form and the celox is a almost pebble form.
@Zachman1124 Always love the suggestions bud! Great ideas too. The large blue kit contains a form of quick clot and there are a couple of inhalants in the respiration kit. It would be a great thing to for me to add a few more though. Thanks for the reminder bro.
you should re place the bags in the first aid kit with gallon zip lock bags so after u use one item u can reseal the bag and u should puo the loose stuf in a bag too
My LED flashlight has a Beacon Mode, You can put it on beacon and hang it from the bag with the lanyard. It also has other programmable modes like SOS and Strobe.
If you vacuum sealed all of the stuff in your bag, it would save a lot of room. It would also waterproof the items. Check out nutnfancy and his videos about putting together different FA kits.

@mralexk123
I had a relative that worked in the medical field give it to me. You can assemble your own or do a search for large scale trauma kits.

Inova "Microlight" on the outside of your bag. Neat little featherweight lights. I have one of the older ones that doesn't strobe.
