Samanthak, I think the only way Tamara could've made it through is if Janna had been in the bottom 3, not Elicia, because Tamara did so much better than Janna. That being said, would you believe that before this show, it'd been 2-4 years since she'd been involved in any musical theatre production or such activities? I got to say, she adapted pretty quick, had fun with it, and showed the greatest courtesy to the other contestants. Also, her amazing soprano voice set the benchmark for the rest
Honestly, that was her best performance yet! I love the way she showed that rebelliousness the song called for not just in voice, but with her body language and acting! Although her acting is a but rusty, that will come with time!That being said, I was pretty disappointed to see her and Donna get eliminated tonight, since I felt Tamara could've grown into the role of Maria, if she'd just been given one more week!That being said, she's gone from a smalltown girl from Truro,NS to a confident women
I completely agree! I wish they would've given her at least one more week, because she WAS improving. But up against Elicia...there was no way she could've made it through compared to her :/
this girl is crazy talented. i still cant get over the shitty songs they made the girls sing on the show.

It also occured to me that Katie Kerr would be able to sing this song perfectly, given her higher soprano range!

Katie would be good in this, but doesn't have the same quality that Tamara brought to the song.
