It is a sad reality that too many doctors are nothing more than poor bandage salesmen. As Dr Humiston eloquently argues, illnesses may have many causative factors, oftentimes making the prescription "mentality" ineffective at best. We deserve first and formost doctors that properly listen to us, who are prepared to think for themselves, and, importantly, who understand people. Dr Humiston seems to tick all these boxes.
