@28matta Do a search on 'force fx lightsaber'. They're really nice replicas. Although that's not what I'm using in this video, here I have attached a broom stick to a metal lightsaber hilt - then I rotoscoped in the glowing blade in, in Photoshop picture by picture.

@mdube13131 I bought almost all of it. Back then it was pretty hard finding stuff because Lucasfilm slapped people with lawsuits if they sold unlicensed costumes. I got most of my suit from a guy in the US, but today you can get it all on ebay. Be prepared to spend alot of money though if you want a screen accurate Vader suit.

neither :) - It's a costume made by fans - not the licensed lucasfilm replicas which are of inferior quality. Even the expensive licensed $700 Lucasfilm costume is nowhere near the quality of the fanmade fiberglass ones you can buy on ebay.
