@MarcFreeborne1978 I reckon what he is using is not a treble knob on his mixer. It's a cutoff knob on his synth. Listen to synths it's swept up and down follow his twisting.

The keyboardist and drummer are from Tommy Sparks (a band that supported Bloc Party a couple of years ago). The keyboardist is TS frontman Daniel Lindegren who also filled in for Gordy. Don't know the drummer's name.
