I would kill to have this beutiful weapon in my possesion. Some people have dream cars and dream jobs, well this is my dream gun. I want to lye on my death bed knowing that this rifle is right by my head as i sleep in everlasting peace.
Thats pretty awesome! It looks like a good replica, definitely a good buy as mostly replicas of these guns only exist. The real ones go for $200,000 or are stuck in museums.
Though I will own a live fire model of the FG42 soon, in 8mm! (A little more expensive however...)
@Stugace cheers, these very replicas are used in museums. There's one of these replicas in the imperial war museum in london. Its the closest I'll ever come to owning a real one. But this is fully field strippable and functions just like the real thing except it cant fire. As you say they are ridiculously expensive, one Type ii sold for £55,000 a few years ago in the uk. Is the one your getting the smg guns semi-automatic replica? very lucky
That's a amazing rep lice, I the one I have the bipod leg broke, but mine was one of the early ones then after that they started reenforcing the bipods , I've heard they don't make them anymore but will be making a new ones in a few years , nice vid
@Pearlharbor350 because in Ireland the laws are alot stricter than in the US (i'm assuming you come from the US) Here it is illegal to own a firearm of any sort unless it is an airsoft gun firing lower than 330fps, and even then you still need to be a registered airsofter. Obviously there are a few select people who may own certain firearms such as Farmers and shotguns for example. I only collect non-firing replicas like this one, and any airsoft guns I own are at max 329fps.
mate! looks epic :D must get a few photos of you with it! got a few of those photos from the other weekend edited, so just namine and then i may upload tonight or when i edit them all
