Yeah i think this could be real. Victor said this was a COPY of the original, and it was shot after 1989 but before 1997. So I don't know why everyone is complaining about the quality. He also said that this video happened later in the interview series, which could explain why it doesn't show more of the alien. Close-ups would have taken place in earlier interviews.

Exactly I agree. There will be 100s or thousands of hours of footage from interviews,I very much doubt they would think it necessary to make sure that they show the whole alien body in detail or prove anything, they just record the interviews in a way which is beneficial to the extraction of information. It isn't created to say "hey look guys this is a real alien!". Also I'm sure this isn't the full video because I doubt they would stop recording what happened, victor just copied a portion.
