love this song, somehow i missed it when i first saw the movie; just recently seeing it, the song really got my attention and had me in tears. I'm older now and don't take life for granted, grateful to God that He sent His Son, but He can send people in our life, just when we need them, if only for a season! thanks for uploading this!

I have always loved this song. When I heard it years ago I didn't realize Luther was doing the background singing. Roberta is sublime as usual. And whoever was playing the bass guitar was fabulous. Does anyone know his or her name? They all came together to achieve perfection.

OM Gosh thank you so much for posting this song.I have been looking for it for ages. Just a beautiful song for a wonderful movie done by the late great Richard Pryor and Miss Tyson. I never get tired of watching Richard's movies. They always make me laugh when I am having a f-ed up day.I wish he was still here with us and Luther too.This song will def. be a ring tone on my phone. RIP Richard. Old school music will always be closer to the human heart than the noise you hear on the radios these days.

Thanks so much for uploading this song and the soundtrack. Its extremely hard to find this hidden R&B gem of a album anywhere. This song makes me want to go watch the movie. Such a beautiful and engaging ballad. Very nice to hear Luther's voice at the beginning and on background vocals through out. I love this song. Whenver Im watching the movie and the scene that this song is featured in plays I, always roll it back to hear it a 2nd time. A prime example of feel good music!!
