No, i pointed you in the direction of a ip hiding program. Lots of people are ignorant on how to go about finding one so i made a tutorial. I got allmost 4000 views, so i think that there are a reasonable amount of people who searched for one.

a good hacker would dissasemble the program and search the code for anything suspicious. Then again good hackers dont use freeware, they code their own programs and bounce off other ip addresses.
