you shoot the silver hoops holding it up, and I think you pull down on it with the grappling hook (Doesn't remember completely)

so it took her 8 seconds to take out her guns, put on her gun holsters, rip her dress (which she ripped as if it was paper), put on her backpack and above all.....tie her hair.
