  • replace the pull down with pull ups and the cable row with a barbell row. and eat dude. no offense but your more skinny then brolic

  • ok if your goal is to get defined but not the best for mass, also you might want to do learn how to deadlift properly and with an Olympic bar instead of cables, make sure you know how to deadlift properly though cause can cause a wall of problems if done wrong
