@linolarios PLexi is way too thick I think. The person to ask is Eliot Brown at fedoratron dotcom. He is an expert at this stuff and is the one who supplied me with this vac table. He's happy to help folks. Contact him thru the fedoratron website.

This is awesome! I can't wait to see attempt #1. You'll have it on video I trust?
If this works as advertised, now you'll have the ability to produce whatever shape at the size you desire. A significant step forward.

Vacu form kits are fun and simple. 'Comet' and 'Sevens' in the UK had a whole line of vac kits.
Just remember to tab your joins and weigh things down. (pennies are best)
