If she's hospital staff I know what they can be like. Worked at So'ton general for years and know many drivers leave it to the last minute and get stressy at the car parks. My experience tells me she was not paying any attention as she was late and chancing it.

@CycleDub Hospital is 1 and half miles away and parking is a bitch at the hospital so yes she was in a rush and yes I think we can presume her rushing was the reason this happened.
