This would be a great new touch to the Japanese breakfast rolled-omlette, Tamagoyaki .. instead of just a rolled, plain omelette with spinach inside, this is uniquelly created with a scallop mix AND nori in it.... I'd love to make this =)

its well worth the money to go to a fish monger or whole foods and buy fresh scallops rather than frozen

This is interesting. It is difficult to find fresh scallop. Can we use frozen scallop?

Yes, fresh scallops can be replaced by using frozen scallops, but thaw them thoroughly first to room temperature.
