He is dead, only his head is alive, he was brought back after being in a cryo-stasis for some time and his body is robotic, it shows his head walking on like spider legs and going in/on the robot body, this is from Batman Beyond, a tv series that takes place 50 years from now
his head lived through out the ages his body long decayed away as shown in one of the earlier batman films. they decided that he had finished his life sentence in jail and were going to clone him to rehabilitate him. they cloned his body and transfered his thoughts to the new one that wasn't mutated. but he slowly degenerated back into the ice disease and was betrayed by those that cloned him.
Blight/Derek Powers had a container filled with his own nerve gas/bio-weapon he was trying to sell to other countries tossed at him by Batman (Terry McGinnis). So his doctors cure him by using extreme radiation, but the side-effect is his skin peels off because his body is so radioactive when he gets angry or uses his powers. He's based off of an old Batman villain called Dr. Phosphorous.
Hmm, never heard of Fallout, I just looked him up though and he does look like Blight. Maybe they based Blight off of both characters. They're all really similar.
Because his condition goes beyond the surface right down to his DNA. so, since the new body was cloned from his DNA, it reverted back to its previous state due to the fix apparently not being enough.

Batman beyond my friend. 30, 40 years where Bruce is old and has retired due to shooting someone. So he takes on an arogent teenager and lets him cheat with a pimped out suit that does all the fancy stuff for him.
minor correction he didnt shoot him but he was shocked of himself to resort to a meager theif's gun to fend for his life and then he finally retired and gave the mantle for the batman to a younger hero who was a street kid if I recall. It took awhile but the teen did get it straight and became the new batman

First off, very few people can beat the Hulk or Juggernaut, so that's not a good standard.
And if Iceman wasn't popular, why was he one of the only Xmen included in the first UA? Not to mention being a frontline xman in EVERY MEDIA, a claim that only Wolverine and Cyclops can also make. Storm and Gambit aren't Xmen anymore, Nightcrawlers only seen occasionally, and Wolverine's mainly an Avenger.
Also, Gambit was only worth a damn in the 90s, so there's that.
For all I know, without the dialogue, this might be as bad ass as "Alright everyone, chill!"

He is dead, only his head is alive, he was brought back after being in a cryo-stasis for some time and his body is robotic, it shows his head walking on like spider legs and going in/on the robot body, this is from Batman Beyond, a tv series that takes place 50 years from now

his head lived through out the ages his body long decayed away as shown in one of the earlier batman films. they decided that he had finished his life sentence in jail and were going to clone him to rehabilitate him. they cloned his body and transfered his thoughts to the new one that wasn't mutated. but he slowly degenerated back into the ice disease and was betrayed by those that cloned him.

Blight/Derek Powers had a container filled with his own nerve gas/bio-weapon he was trying to sell to other countries tossed at him by Batman (Terry McGinnis). So his doctors cure him by using extreme radiation, but the side-effect is his skin peels off because his body is so radioactive when he gets angry or uses his powers. He's based off of an old Batman villain called Dr. Phosphorous.

This whole plot hinges around his cryo-based body rendering him effectively immortal.
Plus his mind being transferred to a new body in an attempt to cure him, but his "condition" resurfaced in the new body, as well.

Because his condition goes beyond the surface right down to his DNA. so, since the new body was cloned from his DNA, it reverted back to its previous state due to the fix apparently not being enough.

@zodiaccurse12 actually I remember someone actually telling freeze he was practically immortal...and I remember the episode this vid is made from Freeze says that he hasn't aged a day since the accident, and that he acheived what many sought for, immortality...even though there is nt a second that goes by that hje does not think about death and dying...

Batman beyond my friend. 30, 40 years where Bruce is old and has retired due to shooting someone. So he takes on an arogent teenager and lets him cheat with a pimped out suit that does all the fancy stuff for him.

minor correction he didnt shoot him but he was shocked of himself to resort to a meager theif's gun to fend for his life and then he finally retired and gave the mantle for the batman to a younger hero who was a street kid if I recall. It took awhile but the teen did get it straight and became the new batman

The only X-Man that are cool is Wolverine,Storm,Gambit,and Nightcrawler.
P.S. Id like to see Iceman Defeat the Juggernaut or even the Hulk. Jean Grey could, but Iceman is gay and not an omega level mutant and if he is so popular why wasnt he requested in Marvel Ultimate alliance 2. I didnt see a single forum for Iceman. Yet they have Storm, Jean Grey,Gambit, Wolverine.

First off, very few people can beat the Hulk or Juggernaut, so that's not a good standard.
And if Iceman wasn't popular, why was he one of the only Xmen included in the first UA? Not to mention being a frontline xman in EVERY MEDIA, a claim that only Wolverine and Cyclops can also make. Storm and Gambit aren't Xmen anymore, Nightcrawlers only seen occasionally, and Wolverine's mainly an Avenger.
Also, Gambit was only worth a damn in the 90s, so there's that.
