Don't think I'm hating, I love AILD (one of my favorite bands as a matter of fact) but some of their older stuff sounded like generic Metalcore. Still sounded great, but was a bit generic. Their newer albums however, destroy the competition, and secure their place as one of the greatest Metalcore bands ever to exist.

As I Lay Dying stole this song from Eyes Of The Betrayer after they released it in 2004 and disbanded. The name of the song is Icarus Decimated and you can hear for yourself As I Lay Dying sucks. They are decent enough to write their own stuff.

@ChipAndersonnn Actually, "reinvention" was originally written and recorded in 2002 on AILD's American Tragedy Split, Two years before The Eyes of the Betrayer song. They re-recorded it in 2006 but the original came a few years before. I own the American Tragedy Split but if you don't believe me you can look it up on wikipedia.
