@chazzles93 Hey man, i'm sure that 60 % of your tone comes from the mouthpiece, reeds, and the thing around the mouthpiece which holds the reed( dont k now the name:D )

@chazzles93 the OP is right. There is a lot that goes into what makes the sounds. Reeds are a major influence, but the biggest influence in your sound is the mouthpiece itself. Anytime I go to buy a mouthpiece, I spend at least an hour trying out different ones, as they all have their own unique sound. It's a combination of the shape and size of the chamber (the part inside the mouthpiece). If money is an issue, I recommend the Jody Jazz HR and Classic mouthpieces. Great sounds. Only run ya $169

@chazzles93 There's so much more I could add to my last comment, but we'd be here all day, lol. Just take your horn to your local music store and play around...experiment with different reeds and mouthpieces (if you can, experimenting with reeds is expensive because they charge ya for em, lol). Talk to the guy at the saxophone desk and tell him what sound you're looking for. Those guys are usually great help and know their stuff, and are generally happy to help you out and let you experiment.

The 62 series Yamaha is fairly famous for its quick response and bright sound (check out Brians Thing, another youtube contributer to hear its tone) though the cheaper yamaha tenors as u might expect are rather average. Most of the top of the line models from the 4 most famous sax brands (selmar, keilworth, yamaha, yanagisawa) generate a reasonable tone.

Wow you have a great sound. If when you play in the lower register, and also at 1:11 and 1:18 that long note ("all") you really support your air and blow fast air and make sure to fill up the top and bottom of your diaphragm your tone will improve and you'll be right on pitch. But other than that, great performance!
