Yea, it's super fun, but it's extremely time-consuming. So if you have a crazy schedule it will detract from the entertainment. It's a game meant to be played over time.

This song couldn't be more fitting, since Tidus never really existed, since he was all something that the Faith dreamed up, but in FF X-2 the Faith is so moved by Yuna's desire to see Tidus again, that it eventually makes him a reality. sorry if I spoiled anything for someone, but really, the game has been out for near 3-4 years now.
