I was there few days ago to visit this school and wanted to look the class before subscribe. I ve read the articles of master hai on a forum, plus all the good comments from him too. What happenned in front of me was incredible. One small guy show up with 2 others thin dude and asked for a match. Master hai reacted incredibly arrogant, nervous and impolite. he pushed the guy in the corner, to finally get easily beat and seperated by his student. I ve never seen such a behavior from a Mastr
@vishesfishes In Hebei style XingYi speed and power most certainly DO mean a great deal. I forget who but one of the old great grand masters of the style once said "I wish I could live longer so I could practice the hard phase more". Good Hebei XingYi is HARD, yet relaxed and internal, Yin and Yang at its finest, IMO.
Question to "whatisyournameya" — , when i hear you stomping is that you relaxing into posture by droping into it or are you just that forcefuly stomping down ?
Absolutly brilliant, anyone training with this teacher is very lucky

I love this guys videos.
Even if like me you don't know bagua or Xing Yi in this case you know he's knowledgable and gifted by his balance and movement.
