  • This is catchy

  • he looks like a tool but i think it sounds great even though i dont know what there saying.

  • this song actually sounds pretty cool...i might even put it on my ipod

  • @soyothedanny I am not Asian but I totally agree with u. Music is universal. All over the world people draw their inspiration from those they admire and thx to that we have talented artists who make us happy everyday. Korean singers FIGHTING !!!

  • korean dude in a celtics jersey haha do they even like basketball over there?

  • @julianfoulds3 fuck of moron.

  • @jamesphamuk just an observation my dude, no need to get offended. im not hating on koreans just never expected to see a boston jersey in their mv

  • koreans are cultureless

  • @poortaiwanese ummmmmm actually. american culture is veery cultureless. I'm pure american and i always thought american culture was just bout dating, being cool etc. Asians have a very beautiful culture

  • @xxpassed0ut Yes asians have beautiful culture but koreans just copies them

  • @poortaiwanese well its your opinion. in my opinion, you are pretty much true but i dont think its copying. i think its just that theyre going with the type of music thats going around nowadays.

  • @xxpassed0ut and you have ro admit, even if it is just copying, they make it sound much better than the original. Take the song Run Devil Run by Kesha for instance. Girls Generation redid that song and made it much better than Kesha ever could. My opinion of course.

  • @BlueStarKeiichi21 Well I like both versions.... Girl's Generation was obviously trained and they have better vocals than Kesha so of course their version will sound better

  • Lol, I cant believe I got another comment on this. Ok, for those of you that are so sensitive, I'll go back, read over the comments, and explain why I said what I said. Someone commented that black people didnt have a culture, I merely stated that yes, they do, they gave the inspiration for hip hop and dance today. That's it. I didnt try to insult asians, I dont care what anyone prefers because in the end, black people started the damn thing.

  • check out the Korean cover of Rebecca Black's "Friday" on my channel!

  • k-pop influence = euro pop, us pop ( don't think everything come from america, they don't know kylie for years, now they catching up with gaga, so small with variety of music, us)

  • @rachaelnicole2008 Sorry this was so long ago I dont even know what the point is. But never said people couldn't follow their dream. :)

  • Koreans has been into rapping as much as in america, its bound to happen with that language!

  • what everyone is forgetting is there is nothing new under the sun "What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again"Ec 1:9 see that a bible quote for y'all. i'm black and i can say hip hop does belong to just us "black" it belongs 2 the world. and i think Kpop is so cool even though i don't understand a word they say i just love to hear them rap. so if wants 2 be the asian version of our JLo let her-imitation is the sincerest form of flattery

  • @soyothedanny that's why jay chou's hella boss, combining asian elements into some of his songs. then of course a lot of asian artists copy taht style of music

  • IMPORTANT !!!

HYORI NEEDS YOU TO VOTE FOR HER!!!!!

    PLEASE VOTE !!!

    1. Go here: bit.ly / ldXTrb (remove the spaces)

    2. Vote for 이효리

    3. Tell EVERYBODY you know to vote too!!

  • its funny seeing asian guys dressed gansta. it looks hilarious. i remember when i was a silly asian boy trying to be gangsta. thank god i moved past that phase

  • @MsMariah61 Not Asia, but South Korea!

  • Although she is very beautiful, but she was imitating the JLO, in this MV. . .Koreans always like to imitate the Americans, and then say these are their local things, ha ha, joke ah...

  • wait wait, wth are we talking about?

Enjoy the damn video will ya?

lots of american ppl are korean wannab.....

k-pop has nutting to do with american's music.

  • so fukin hot!!

  • @soyothedanny i think thats wrong, simple because of the fact that the asian music industry is much more professional than the american. instead of casting some one-hit-wonders, the koreans and japanese cast at the age of 12, and than the singers get professional dance and singing lessons for more than 6 years, until they are really good. In addition to that, also the managment acts way more professional. So i won't say they imitate, they just improved the american system and made it their own

  • Hip Hop is a genre it's not categorized by just 1 race. Any who like it can do as they pls. The thing that makes hip hop in Korea different is that it's not used as a sexual tool. It's usually bout love. They don't show girls shaking their booties all over the cam. lol They focus more on the choreography most of the time. I think Asian can do much alot better wen it comes 2 m/v.

  • @Annamyllie

Um..the asians do be shaking their booties! LOL

  • @soyothedanny

Hey i don't even think that asian imitate Us singers that's stupid u asian people have ure own songs nd this video is just a bit sung in english so it doesn't make much of a difference from the other songs u make so :-.)

  • @soyothedanny I agree but I think Asians make their music better! <3

    I wish i was asian!!

  • @soyothedanny well the ironic thing is that white people stole everything from black people, the obvious being 150 years of free labor, culture and music like Elvis for example. White Americans wanted the black music but without the black people; that's where Elvis came in. The rest is history.

  • is that teddy? lol

  • See, it's girls like this who validate my claim (for nearly 20yrs now) that Korean girls are the hottest of all Asians. The funny thing is, you can see girls like this all over the place on a Friday or Saturday night running around Seoul or Pusan. The first time I was in Korea I met a girl on the beach in Pohang who was actually hotter than Hyori, I almost threw her in my seabag and brought her home! Seriously, Korea puts out more hotties than any other Asian nation.

  • @jamesejudy3 that's because of plastic surgery dude...you think every girl there is hot just cuz they're korean lol.

  • @quixotic115 only stars are big on plastic surgery.

  • what an asian cholo in the beginning lmao

  • @MsMariah61 DAMNNNNNNNN that's not fair. Now only black girls can shake asses?! NOT FAIR ):

Will you accept a trade? Peace signs for booty shaking?

  • @MsMariah61 they are trying to dress hip-hop like Black people but i dont think the way they dance is from Black culture..plenty of white girls shake their ass and they are not dancing Black. The image that i get for Black girls dancing is of having air sex.. Black singers' music videos have really stereotyped Black dancing to be extremely slutty and intimate. So no, i wouldnt call all the Asian girls shaking their asses to look sexy to be imitating black people.

  • LMAO. She's sexy, but the dude with the Paul Pierce jersey had me rolling.

  • DAMN! she is sooo HOT!!! And im a girl :)

  • Lol i love it when foreign singers try talking in english XD

  • that's a Seoul Celtics jersey not Boston....... KBA.......nah.

  • I hated this video then. I still hate it now. Lol I <3 Hyori

  • EW that guys gotta Celtics jersey xD Besides that i kinda miss the fashion back in the early 00's xD hotttt.

  • I want to fuck her so bad.

  • This is too tame to even be slutty! Jealous antis! lol

  • wtf ? slut

  • this song sound familiar...is this a j-lo song???

  • @Tranman69

Probably. Hyori is the most unoriginal knock-off artist around. If you wanna know what Hyori is going to do tomorrow, just look at what Lady Gaga is doing today.

  • @caseyspaos true...but it goes for ALL south korean artists...all they do is imitate U.S. and american songs non-stop. But oh well they do it good though lol

  • @caseyspaos apart from the fact that lee hyori has been going longer than lady gaga so that doesn treally work does it

  • @ILoveFashionkawaii94 It still works. Some new pop tart could arrive on the scene tomorrow, and Hyori will be copying her by the end of the day.

  • @caseyspaos okok i get your point after listening to her other songs (im new to kpop) i agree although some of her songs are kinda catchy :)

  • @caseyspaos apart from the fact that lee hyori has been going longer than lady gaga so that doesn really work does it

  • i enjoyed singin this song at karaoke XD loved it!

  • I first heard this in Audition Online. xD

  • its been so long since this first came out....and years later i'm still cringing that they paired her with that guy.

  • Does anyone have the English translation?

  • @birdthatfly

I am sure it ain't Neil Young. Something along the lines of "Baby baby baby...hold me. Kiss me. Give me money. Don't I dance sexy?"

  • i envy the guy in the celtics jersey.T_T

  • i love her dress from 1:08 to 1:27

  • this reminds me of J-Lo's old stuff. LOL

i like this song though :)

  • @ASiiANMUSiiCLOVER That is exactly what I was thinking!!

  • @ASiiANMUSiiCLOVER

Thats exactly what i was thinking! :D

  • There is black culture -.- Music, dancing, rapping... a lot of the styles started with black people. And its kind of obvious. >_> you think white people or asians made hip hop? LOL

  • Comment removed

  • @SpoiledCharm so? it doesn't mean it's only them who can pull it off? Personally I feel it sounds better in Korean anyway!

  • @SpoiledCharm I'm black and I think you're being stupid. Those 'oodles of noodles" black people eat? That's originally CHINESE. In Nicki Minaj videos, she dresses up in kimonos and puts Korean text everywhere. Should she be not allowed to put Asian culture in her videos cause she's black? No. exactly. So asians should be able to put black culture in their stuff.

  • @animetributes I'm black too, so what? My comment wasnt made for the asians, sorry. It was made for the punk who said black people didnt have a culture, but made it seem that asians did. All races have a culture. That was my point. :)

  • guys, just enjoy the music! people are influenced by other things now, our world is globalized, just live it up!

  • @redfoot21

Live it up! Celebrate zero diversity! One music. One language. One currency. One government. One ring to rule them all!

  • goooooooood =D

  • @MsMariah61 there is no such a black culture...LOL

  • @MT323able well, it shows that u r stupid. THERE IS BLACK CULTURE. as in music....not african or anything

  • @Guy9221 there is no black culture...don't be a racist jerk.

  • @MsMariah61 LOL BLACKS DIDN'T CREATE MUSIC....MUSIC IS UNIVERSAL...SO DON'T BRING RACE ISSUES HERE.

  • @MsMariah61 i agree.

  • i love hyori's face and clothes at 2:07

  • who's the other girl

  • LOL,yes, she is asian, but she is very sexy)

  • Thumbs up if Asian rap makes you laugh. =P

  • @SillyRamaBubbles haha fail :p

  • @SillyRamaBubbles LIES, Korean rap is ta BeEEEEEst :) in my opinion... thats probably cause i dont like rap... i dont like rap at all... which means i dont like Korean rap... so i dont... BUT I STILL do... welllllLLL, ITS DEPENDS!!!!! =P

  • @chusunhi Lol. I LOVE Koreans, don't get me wrong. But I just think the rap part is funny. ^-^

  • the girl in the beginning is dancing like ashanti, that is sooo not a compliment!! lol

  • this comment has anything to do with hyori but F the celtics!

  • Lee hyori is the one in the purple dress, not the one dancing ...

  • she's like the asian j.lo

  • i like her voice :)

  • i dont understand a word there sayin but tis girl Hyori Lee is fine n talented !!!

  • golly what a grining video

  • lol, asian boy rappin !

  • why is the name of song always english but the rest of the words foreign?

  • @quicksketch90 dude your an idiot alot of korean songs start like that even japanese songs do that its common

  • @quicksketch90

    I think because Feel...

same meaning words...but when listen to words.....some different felling

like a amerian used maxican language.....same meanig, some differnt feeling...

    It is personal opinion

and korean think important english education

    sometime used english words.

  • @quicksketch90 Because it's easy to search for it. Do you know Korean? Can you type it? Can you search it? You fool.

  • Idiot!!!!

    WTF?

  • Sooo HO______OT

  • i miss playing audition!

  • The beginning reminds me of Sean Paul and Blu Cantrell's song and the red background bit is like Amerie's 'One Thing' vid. Not saying she copied them, obviously these styles are common/standard. Just saying it reminds me of certain vids. =)

  • i love this.. playing audi

  • she is PERFECT. what a hottie!

  • fit!!!!!!

  • one of aduition's song??O_o and the out too..O_o

  • I think this is a banging track! My native tongue is English so when they start singing in Korean i obv dont understand but the bassline melody keeps me hooked.Music is universal, good job,i also like the version by rouge,LOVE IT !!!!

  • @V8Purrr What's the name of Rouge's version ?

  • this song is also in AUDITION. . .

    so0o co0ol!.....

    kawaii

  • that guy srsly looks like a wangster cholo....

  • hahaha sya pla kumanta n2.....shettttt O2Jam ^^

  • haha..this is the song in audition battle dance online,,one of my favorite,,,

  • lmao nothing wrong with thinking shes hot if ur a girl... cuz she is :)

  • honestly its fine to call a girl hot, it dsnt mean u wanna screw her ur just being hoonest about how she looks.. at least ur not in denial

  • lol I think she is Beautiful but since im not Bi or anything i dont think shes sexy. is that bad to say?

  • Why wouldn't you think she was sexy just because you are a girl? If you don't think she's sexy that's one thing, but just because you're a girl is another. If you think she is beautiful that's okay and thinking she's sexy is okay too. Those two things aren't the same as wanting to have sex with her, which if you did would be okay too, even if you weren't bi.

  • Comment removed

  • i hope people know that its not lee hyori dancing when he's rapping in the beg .

  • oh well she is sexy anyways =)

  • @f0bp0wer92 Thanks for clarifying. I was thinking that person in the beginning didn't look like her. Anyone know the name of the rapper?

  • @f0bp0wer92 Oh...I was like OMG she looks different and is...awkward! (It's kinda blurry...)

  • WTF nose bleed so s3xy hihihih...

  • she dont need to act sexy...she is sexy

  • @SEGAKRIMSSHINTA >maryjanegonzales:)

  • @PinkWolf95 i agree, she shouldnt have tried soooo hard!! i bet if she was standing n lookin at the camera seductively or tone down the grindin then it woulda been betta!!!

  • she is sexy. full stop.

  • that wasnt her dancing

  • well obviously. u call that dancing?

  • ooh my she is sooo pretty + hot. wow! (and i am a girl.. who is 'straight' saying this... ) i wonder how guys would feel. hha

  • guys just feel....more on fire id say, speaking from a guy's point of view:)

  • great .. i Love Lee Hyori she's very pretty ...

  • oh lol audi xD

  • Go paul pierce!

  • the part where the guy raps has been overrecorded lol

the difference in volume is a giveaway.

anyone know a link where i can find the korean rap version though? looked everywhere and only got the english segment

  • i love her nose! :) it's near perfect :D haha

  • that girl who's dancing in the beginnibg is udly

  • terrible quality

  • aya~ wished that Lee Hyori was the one dancing in 0:24 XD that'd be cool too~

  • Hyori is those sexy --&--hot type XD

  • hyori looks really pretty with long hair.

  • the rapper is soooo ugly ugh.

  • The rapper is funny, i like when he says "yo yo yo come on naah"

  • well i like that Hyori incorporates alot of hip hop and r&b vibes in her music. that is just the type of music she likes to do. this is why i listen to asian music of american. now if only P!nk woulda stayed with that, then maybe she would still be on top with the american music.

  • you mean shes doing what Dr Dre started in 1990 with having R & B hooks and then everyone copied? Ex: Nas - If i ruled the world, feat lauren hill. I gave u +1 but Give credit where its due.

  • u are completely missunderstanding what i am saying. lemme explain it a different way. hyori lee incorporates alot of hip hop and r&b into her music, not just the hook, but the majority of her songs have it within, thus making it more nice to listen to.

  • i like the first 21sec only.

  • same, lose the rapper

  • haha! yeah

  • nice

  • and the highest honor would be if stars..artist...singers esp incorporate this with their music...it just shows that they love it...music, way of dressing the whole hip-hop culture itself they wouldn't do it if they dont...it may be way overboard sometimes but hey...it just show how much they love it.
