I like when people say "he looks good for 63". That's ridiculous, he looks good for ANY age. By 25 most guys start developing love handles, and at 63 Sly is at about 6-7% body fat and almost as strong as he was when he was in his peak (which was around 39 - rocky IV and Rambo 3). Is he on the juice, probably but that isn't why he's in such great shape. Check out his workout schedule, minimum of 4 hours a day.

Pues según había leido, para esta película quería estar en mucho mejor forma, puesto que el sentía que para la ultima película de rambo, subio mucho de peso, y no había definición, además que gran parte de las escenas de acción de la nueva peli The Expendables la hizo el mismo, sin dobles. Así que le metio mucho más cardio a su entrenamiento.

Los tatuajes se los hizo primero por el personaje que interpreta y segundo son las imágenes de sus hijas y los nombres de las mismas....

You can take a guy who uses steroids and put him next to a guy who uses steroids but does cardio and you will see that the man who didnt use cardio is not nearly as defined as the man who did cardio.
