I liked the overall feel of this piece, it may be one of my favorite pieces from you. I think some of the transitions might not have worked how intended, but other than that it was quite an amazing piece.
Nice one ! I wish I could see your hands playing, but the fractals are cool ,too ! On keys, right ? What was your sound source ?
Einstein turned down Leon Theremin's request to study the relationships between music, color,& geometric & stereometric figures geometries.Too bad,I wonder what they would have come up with ?
I simply edited a midi file exported from the score I created in Sibelius 2, which was entered from the piece of manuscript paper I wrote the music on. I used Edirol's Hyper Canvas for the guitar sound. I then proceeded to edit pretty much every note and phrase until it sounded as realistic as I believed I was going to get with the tools at my disposal.
I wonder if the universe we are in is just part of a fractal mandelbrot.

Can't wait to hear it, mate.

Strangely enough, Scenic Routes is pretty much the opposite of a bug that's "always popping up everywhere".
And I just noticed the image at the intro has light being refracted through an object like a prism!
PrismLightwave 2 years ago
Yes, it's an ode to Pink Floyd's "Dark side of the moon" album cover. I didn't make the image, of course.
