I have the original Spirit of the Blitz video on VHS in the original carboard sleeve - this video was the soundtrack of my youth. The Deathbox video has a short section at the end from another less well know skate company. Whilst digging about in my loft I also found Powell Peralta Attack and Propaganda on VHS - skateboarding classics.
Never ever saw this until today! I had a mag that had some photo clips from this but never saw it! Canada got shafted when it came to being privy to the UK scene. it was so hard to find anything on Moul. I had photos of him aside Hensley up on my wall doing melons. Thanks a ton for upping this.
Great days....knees are wrecked. back was broke. foot tore from my ankle....beaten almost to a wheelchair....I miss skating sooo much....RIP Knebworth!
Ha ha we brits were so influenced by the US back then werent we? Its like watching a UK version of Useless Wooden Toys. Moul was is & always will be 1 of the UKs sickest legends. I had his 1st pro model on Deathbox. A bus ran over it & it still didnt snap!! Jeremy Fox looked like Kayvan Novak back then!
This was by far the most played video i had....So thankful you put it up....Ive had that first song in my head ever since the the early 90's and finally you people have told me what is is...THANKYOU.....just downloading it now...Deathbox rule...except the hydrant board from Moul...The nose and tail were far to steep...hurt to 1 foot ollie....anyway....For all those that were there when boards had rails and no noses through to the new school...Much love.
does anyone know the name of the second deathbox video? I'm trying to find footage of Paul "Rocker" Robson. Any early 1990s footage of him or anyone at oval youth centre in Washington UK would be unbelievable.
@jimmylimmo OMG mate i was looking for the same thing lol. I bought the Rocker Postbox and some thieving Twat stole it from my Nan's in Peterlee. I then see the cheeky fucker on it at the Oval! Many Many years ago!! The Oval was a fantastic Skate Park!!
soy de argentina me compre tu tech dech va un santa cruz y desia tu nombre y pu patina muy bien chcico you are good skaterpro I am argentina biye alex
Sadly alot of the rushes were wiped to record something else which is a great shame. But I do have the master somewhere and I know for sure Jeremy Fox has the master in the US, its time to re release it on DVD, what do you reckon?
@cityzenkane108 - You are the famous David Evans! This video had such an inflence on me - Alex Moul absolute legend. I have the original vid on VHS with the card sleeve. I was given it by a skateshop for free when I bought a complete Powell Steve Caballero with grab rails - ahh the memories!
Haha, thought that might have happened, I have a copy of Powell's "Chaos" with the last part of "Propaganda" on the end. Must have been tight times!
That'd be a great idea to see it on DVD, with loads of extras! Perhaps have a word with Goff and include that footage he has of the original Flip vid too.
man, i had this on vhs, everytime i watched it i'd have to go skate. wicked boards too, silly steep tails

Did you ever record over old videos to get this out? My copy has the end of some old Israeli tourist video and an advert for Magnum PI on it.
So stoked on this video though, soundtrack is amazing, it's got Goff, Dossett and Moul on it, always stokes me out for a skate!
