Such a cool video! Learning to meditate with the Art of Living has been a great experience for me...cool to see this video that is such an easy way to explain what meditation is.
This video is aesthetically contemporary and fun to watch. It combines history and information on meditation in a way that really reminds me how practical and beneficial this ancient practice can be in my daily life.
