That guy just ruined, nicked, and dulled his blades. Blades should never touch anything except ice, cloth or rubber. Any sensible, serious skater would never risk their equipment like that.

Most homosexual persons I know are inteligent, cultivated and have good taste. It is very insulting to this community to say that figure skating is gay. Say "figure skating is boring" or "figure skating is tasteless, old fashionned and often a little bit vulgar" instead. Some people might disagree (but many will agree!!!), but at least, you won't offend people who have nothing to do with this.
