@mrshoemonkey this is because on the east coast the performance had a malfunction. so after the live show was done the editiors had to use half of the live version and half of the rehearsal. if u look at 2:20 will.i.am has his hand pointing up and at 2:22 he has the other hand up.

@Peiazjaeh well on the live show on the east coast they had a problem with the lights and the heads on the small tv. so what they did for the west coast viewers is they used some footage from the practice run earlier that day.
