On the pitching movements demonstrated I do not see the hips leading the way out of the crane, balance position, what I view is as what happens in the majority of aspirant pitchers from the most inexperienced to even the most experienced is the front foot and leg leads the way while the hips just lay back and do nothing to set, assist the forward movement into proper motion to touch down, the hips & shoulder separation must work in a sequenced chain reaction.
The above video clips are excellent aids for those who are fortunate enough to be able to view them & put them into constructive application.
I like the demo's of the elbow leading the ball and hand out of the glove, basically leading the ball & hand with the elbow out & back shoulder high I feel is especially important for catchers & infielders in executing a very quick circular throw fingers on top of ball, I detest those unnecessary side arm dipsy doodle throws.
