Always loved this UFO song and they have so many classic tunes that rock! I never say them live with Michael Schenker but that must have been a great treat. Thanks for posting it.
Great upload Axe! Hey!, this version seems like they might have screwed up a bit at 2:03. Meaning that... Michael switches to the familiar "major" phrasing change but the rest don't. Right after, he repeats the phrase and THEN they're with him. It's a real subtle thing but I've heard "S.I.T.N." like a million times and my ear picked it up.. Anyway, thanx for all your posts.. The first concert I ever saw was UFO, Ted Nugent, and Climax Blues Band in 75 or so.. been following them ever since
Hey Axe, where was this recorded?..Is this from Don Kershirner's Rock Concert back in the day?..Anyways always great to see UFO when they were UFO, if you know what I mean..Peace, Jim
Thanks AXE for this excellently re-edited classic archival performance. One of the All-time Great Riffs from the All-time Great under-appreciated Band from Outer Space. Phil Mogg's recidivist preoccupied imagination & semi-autobiographical/real life experience penultimate Tale of seedy sub-culture, crime & gutter instincts climaxing in dramatic "Femme Fatale" fueled betrayal, + Schenker's gloomy descending riff & accompanying moody guitar passages/solo + unique UFO Band Chemistry = "Brilliance!"
