the fire and frost have apprentices that show you how to complete the achievement

for frost just run behind the line of frost, if you get behind then switch to one of the others, keep circling and you easily get the achieve

uhm mate.. the blue icons on the ground don't make you take damage, they shoot you up in the air to "avoid" the spinning ice thing.. your not supposed to do this on a mount at all, your supposed to be on the ground running around using the blue marks to avoid the ice - GL
