@zenobianone well i dont know anything about that... having been a VIP patron and working for SW for 6 years i have never condoned any "gay bashing" or barred witness to any... the country side regulars are all a great group of people who are very friendly... while i respect your opinion i highly disagree. Screamin Willies is a great place to hang with friends even if you are different. I myself am cyber goth yet everyone there accepted me.
@siesshoumaru You "disagree with my opinion"? This isn't an opinion, this is a disgusting display of homophobia that I experienced first hand. I did nothing wrong and for someone to forcefully assault me and insult me at the same time just because my sexual orientation. I've never felt so disrespected in my entire life.
Also, whatever discrimination you may face as a cyber goth can't compare to what I face as a homosexual man.
@zenobianone yes i disagree because i am openly bisexual, and i have never witnessed any of the staff "attacking" anyone for their sexuality. They openly welcome anybody your money spends just as well as anyone elses and i know for a fact the owner and his sons wouldnt exclude a group just because they are gay. Your "rant" on MY personal dance video is also NOT the appropriate place for your diatribe. If you have issues with THEM then take it up with THEM.
PART 4: One thing that I have to say about homophobic people and homophobia in general is that I think it's disgusting and I think these people have a lot of learning to do. Though you think it's okay to be abrasive with people because they decide to love the same-sex, it's not okay. It's a disgusting showing of your personality and your character and clearly how you were raised as a human being in this world.
PART 3: Never in my life have I seen such a level of disrespect shown to anyone in my life. I was insulted, assaulted and I was stripped of my civil rights as a human being and as a homosexual male in a diverse dance club. When trying to get a hold of the club the following night - there was no answer all night. Nobody cared to answer the phones whatsoever. I felt ignored and totally left out to dry by the same club that I've been going to every Friday for the past 3 months.
PART 2: I called my friend from outside of the club to come out who was my designated driver that night and a police office forced me off of the property even after I had explained to him what just happened and he told me to walk to my car if I was waiting for a ride. Mind you it was pouring the rain and I had forgotten where we had parked. I stood in the rain for about 7 minutes waiting for my friend to find her way out of the club and come to me.
PART 1: Friday night I went with my extremely good friend Mallory to a club we are regulars at called 'Screamin' Willies'. Mind you this club isn't notified anywhere and never has been as a "straight bar". This club is diverse and allowed anybody and everybody as long as you meet the dress-code.
I must admit though, doing the Cha-Cha-Slide at this establishment used to define my Fridays..
