  • And guess what! We're happy to welcome them, with their customs, their couture and their language. More the power to us for embracing cultural diference and acting in a tolerant way. I am proud that I belong to the western world, where different is interesting, not aberrant!

  • We'll say exactly the same things when Buthanese people decide to move and live in a different country. Don't you dare have your own costumes! Want to move to Europe or the US? You will have to behave like an American or a European, or we'll kick you out! Truth is, nobody gives a rat's ass about your puny little country, and the only thing you are known for in the world is that you kicked out people you didn't like, so I don't know what pride you're talking about. I would be embarrased.

  • i dont think they are bhutanese . they are nepalese . so they belong to their motherland nepal . bhutan has been great host for these people for so many generation and what they did in return . they demand gorkha land . if they are true bhutanese why they want to separate their own country by giving name like ghorkha land . the true ghorkha land is nepal . so go to nepal and demand gorkha land there , not in bhutan . bhutan is peaceful country and let us live in peace .

  • i was also born in Bhutan.....country of wangchuk...lol

  • I volunteer to teach English to Bhutanese women and found this very heartwarming. Makes what I do very worth it.

  • hahahha this video made me laugh .I am a Bhutanese and i know what actually happened to lhotsampas. You all started asking for GORKHA LAND what the hell were you all thinking hahahha newaz i have sympathy for u all but the government never told the lhotsampas to leave the country the people who were involved in the movement tc peace and yeah it wasnt 1/6 of the population it was just several thousand not in lacks damn it

  • @rigze1 Please ask yourself if your comment reflects one who acts with compassion toward others. Your information is wrong. "Most of the refugees were received by camps in Nepal which currently have about 103,000 Bhutanese refugees according to UNHCR" en. wikipedia. org/wiki/Bhutanese_refugees

  • @rigze1....u don't have huminity kind!

  • @lendavis i agree with you

  • @rigze1 I am deeply sorry to hear the comment of rigze1. This is the language that Bhutanese Government speaks. Was it the fault of Bhutanese to ask for the Fundamental rights?? As you are commenting in historical matter and the matter of sorrow of my heart, I was expecting that you would read all the facts and figures of Bhutanese refugees and the history of the cause. Better u make yourself clear on the matter and comment on the days to come....

  • @rigze1 Please, if you are real Bhutanese try to protect pride and dignity that we have gain from others..

    Thanks

  • @rigze1 You may be one of the agent who leads the government to expel us from \my country

  • I am very glad that the United States is doing this. I've had the ability to actually meet a refuge, and he is an extremely nice person! Kudos to all of the countries that are helping these people have an opportunity to better their lives!

  • why they are called as refugees in their own country. No one have ask them to leave the country, they themselves went out of the country. how they ll be having a future when they dont think bhutan as there country. if they want to be there in bhutan they have to accept the rules of bhutan

  • @bababoaw I am Arun From USA.I am one of the Refugee that get settle through this Process. We are refugee from Bhutan who speak Nepali Language. We are kicked out of Bhutan for not speaking there languages and some other reason. Our Great Great Grandparents went to bhutan to build building. So we started to speak Nepali.Southern Part of Bhutanese speak Nepali the most.but the government of Bhutan does not want that so we leave the Bhutan.and also they killed many of our brother and sisters.

  • @MrSukudev ....wawa...wht a shit that is...if u wanna b bhutanese u have to follow the country's rules and customes...its not like that nepali's were forced..some idiots left by theirself as they dont wanna follow the country's rule..

now forget dreaming about that.. u got the place to live and better shutup and take wht they provides.

  • @bababoaw But i still respect and called Bhutan as my country.although i even did not see Bhutan because i was born in Nepal. Many people are still refusing to come to other Country. They are still trying to go to motherland Bhutan. This create even dispute between family members.

  • @MrSukudev I really appriciate ur noble thought. I alwayz feel sympathey for all you people there. we know that you and your parents are innocent but the problem is innocent people acted actively in few peoples interest and if I tell you some of the story that I happen to see when I was little kid you cannot believe. But anyway I wish you all better life in your near future.

  • The International Organization for Migration (IOM) has moved upwards of 30,000 Bhutanese refugees to date! The Bhutanese are one of the more successful refugee groups with respect to integration prospects and have been resettled to some 7 countries. Pindie Stephen, IOM

  • Awesome

  • .Unheard voices are hushed up and subdued and are acrid and bitterly touching, but yet are the true epic of bitterness expressed through frustrated heart. But young are fearless to articulate vividly the theme and sumarise the pains and shattered dreams and kindled hope.

  • Unheard voices are acrid and hushed up..Some voices are more powerful than the others, but indeed when it come to be spoken by the young they come to be true and real to the fullest...young are fearless to express the truth and the life in the hell.
