We don't necessarily need to spend more money on boarder security!  We need to enforce our immigration laws internally and stop giving illegals jobs, education, food stamps, medical care...etc...

Can someone enlighten me... Watching the video, it appears as if the UAV were hovering... Can it do that?

no they dont hover - they fly just like a normal place but they do fly in a circular pattern over a particular area which just gives the impression they are hovering
