I've twinked out multiple brackets (70, 60, 34, 54 etc). But ... why level 1?

@YangBalanceYin Because at level 1, the percent of bonueses from stats are higher than at higher levels, which means you can kill opponents that are way higher levels than for example a level 19 can. Fx a lvl 1 twink can kill a guy 25 lvls higher than himself. While a lvl 19 twink mcan only kill a guy maybe 15 lvls higher than himself. Does that make sense?
