add some neutral plates maybe , each neutral plate will 1/2 the amps and add a third to production , try using neutral plates to tune the max from your power supply( without cooking it ;) ).

Great job so far.

Your power wires running into the cell need to handle the current you trying to put to the cell.

Looks like your wires are to small.

Try using SS fork with SS lock nuts.

Keep up the good work and most of all don't

give up.

I'm having great results with the smack booster in my truck.

one cell with 12 volts across it is 5 times the current of a 5 cell series cell....1 times 5 is 5...take a guess at what 5 divided by one is? good...what exactly compels you to test this array of one....you could put 2.76 volts across it, take a teaspoon of lye in the water and replicate the action of one cell...13.8 divided by 5 is 2.76v ..but i bets you dont have a 2.76v 20 amps supply

I'd like to say thank you for your videos. I admire you for posting your failures as well as your successful tests.

I'm wondering what you are using for a power supply now. I burned up my good battery charger, and replaced it with a small one but it does not keep up with the demand when I want 13.6 volts and 25 amps for my tests.

If you measure the volume of gas displaced this way, it won't be accurate. As it appears, once the tube of water gets primed, it creates a siphon, thus siphoning the water rather than being forced by displacement.

Is it possible that the wires did corrode, made a spark and boom.
