I like the part at 1:15 when Paul is going to light a cigarette and then he changes his mind and he's like "fuck this! I've been smoking all day, I've been like one, two, three, arghhh!! I'm sick of it..."
And that's why Paul is my favorite. Even through all the shit that went on in the band and everything that happened between him and John, and even Ringo walking out and who knows what else with George, he stayed true to the band. He's such a great person.
@beckslove33 A really fine song played superbly by John and Paul. It was kind of Paul to just go to Abbey Road with John without prior notice to record this song. One would assume that had Paul written a song about his marriage to Linda and had asked John to record a Beatles song about it without the others or prior notice, that he would have had the door slammed in his face. But Paul was the better person then. How did they put up with heroin-dulled John with Yoko glued to his side at all time?
they were a legand in their own time. bigger than life. we hung on their every move. all they had to do was move a finger and we would have a ritual over it. if paul shut his eyes, there would be rumors he was dead, lol, we were crazy and young back then.

Even Cynthia Lennon said that,"John had found his true soul mate in Yoko", despite that fact that when John and Cynthia were teens, they were very much in love too. However, they grew apart and they were more like sister/brother. That is because, he was on the road so much. This came out of Cynthia Lennon's own book: A Twist Of Lennon, and on documentary spots on Utube.
LAST NIGHT THE WIFE SAID you dont take nothing with you but your soul SHE,S A BUDDHA GIVING ALL YOUR CLOTHES TO CHARITY JOHN YOU COULDN,T OR WOULDN,T put clothes on your flesh & blood YOUR FIRST BORN SON JULIAN & you & ono WAS SELF INDULGENCE iF YOU WANTED WORLD PEACE then you would have done alot more with your money TO GET PEACE didn,t you say if people stop asking for big screen TV,S & asked for peace THERE WOULD BE PEACE yet you where not willing to give your big tv screen up
@markrobinault Favorite part when he says that. Especially when paul joins in. Paul Rules on Drums and Bass. Check out Paul's FIneline music video. Dominating the drums:p
@davehutchinson67 Do you really think that's what John Lennon would have wanted? I don't agree with what Chapman did but he still deserves to be treated as a human being. And one of the things John wanted most in the world was peace and by saying something like that your acting in the opposite way as he would have wanted you to.
@WiltatKansas Well not necessarily.. They had plenty of songs listed as len/mac but one or the other wrote it.. Yesterday, hey jude, revolution, come together. This is the only song where its only those two playing everything.. So this is truly Lennon/Mccartney..
@Beatles6919 Noooooooooooooooooooooooo, this is Lennon's song, absolute Lennon wrote it 100 %, McCa helped him to record the song, McCa played the drums and the bass but this song is 100 % by himself. Lennon MCartney is From Me to you or Wanna hold your hand
@WiltatKansas I know dude.. Did i say mac wrote this song? I said that they were the only two that PLAYED.. I know who wrote it and i know lennon and only lennon wrote it and they got along so well that lennon gave mac co writing credits on give peace a chance even though it was only lennon.. Look that one up.. As i said in the previous reply" This is the only song where its only those two PLAYING everything.. So next time make sure you actually read the post..
