Does the Optisource have iron in it?

Hi Beth, I've been taking the Optisource, but I've been thinking about switching to Celebrate...One question..I have not been told by my surgeon to take a Iron supplement, but at my 6 month visit, the doc told me that my iron levels were borderline, but did not tell me to take a supplement. If I switch to celebrate, do I need to start taking the iron also? Can you get too much iron? Thanks for your help! I love your videos...you are a great help to us all :) Judy

I currently take the Centrum Chewable. Did I understand you right in that you do not recommend those?

Hi there:)I can honestly say that I haven't heard of celebrate vitamins..but I recently heard about Fusion vitamins and heard they are really great!
