Hello, I also have a few keloids and I have tried the steroid shots (which helped) but others end up popping up. What I have found very helpful is applying a salt paste (with water) on the keloid and this dries them out. In addition, eat more greens and drink non caffeine drinks and a lot of water, which I'm sure you do some of these. I stay away from fatty and fried foods and this has helped me a lot. Let me know if this also works for you.

Thank you for posting your video its so refreshing to see somebody like me on here, im a black man with about 25 keliods on my shoulders chest and back. Im an athlete so im in shape and i always wanted to were a tank top out in public but never have the confidence to, if you can go through life so positive it shows me i can too!!!

Really appreciate video. I am in my late 40's and have had keloids on my chest since I was in my teens. I've had them surgically removed twice and they've returned. After all these years, yes I still have days where I wont wear v-necks or other tops where they show because I'm self conscience. Some days I don't care what others think, it just depends on my mood. What bothers me is when people JUST STARE. Anyways, Thanks for the encouragement. Your Awesome!!

yeah this vid is nice. be warned though i know a brother about 55 or over with keloids all over his chin. he makes fun and say thats my beard. from one end of the year around massive to the other end and its just bad. you will have to keep treating your skin otherwise ofter a certain age with face keloids, the 'cuteness' goes away. once the wrinkles it gets worse with face keloids. so keep it up and hopefully they will go away with time.

i have a mole on my face, it's on my left cheek

and i was born with it so there's nothing i can do about it but people who aren't in situations like mine don't understand that.

sadly i let other's reactions to my mole get to me.

i love myself and i have gained more self confidence

I have keloids on the back of my neck/lower scalp and its annoying... Just had surgery to remove then, hope the don't grow back... May I praise this brother for giving inspiration to others but can I also add that I think his advice should ALSO be used other than picking up females, for instance, job interviews, making new friends or anything that involves face to face comms with another person... Once again, thanks for inspiring us...
