Edifier S730 - Subwoofer Bass Test

Ist iwie keine Kunst.. :D Bei meinen 2 40cm Rockford Fosgate T1 Subwoofer würds wahrscheinlich den ganzen Tisch umkicken.. :D Aber leider passive fürs Auto ;) Im Zimmer hab ich auch nur so ne olle Logitech Z 5500. Aber trotzdem irgendwie cool solche Videos ma reinzuziehen =) Wie heißtn des 3te Lied ab ca. 0.37min?

@InspiredBloodMage If you look carefully and do some research, you will notice that the conus of both subwoofers are the same size. The RMS power of the Z5500 is higher than the Ed S730. About why would I take the 5.1, Because i watch movies and play games on my PC, which are capable of using the 5.1 system. And i really like the Power of the Z5500, I use it for party's etc. Thats my opinion.

Z5500 Overpowers this one.

1- it is 5.1 instead of 2.1

2- The subwoofer power is 188W RMS instead of 150W

3- The subwoofer isnt as Oversized as this S730

4- The sound quality and range is considered better than this S730

To 1 : Means nothing

To 2 : But the Edifier has two passive Radiators and a bigger Box

To 3 : Its defenetly NOT oversized

To 4 : Logitech got plastic speakers with one Membrane.And they´re too small.The Edifier has Two-way Wooden and compared to other Multimediasets big speakers.The S730 sounds MUCH better.

The Z5500 was the King a few years ago,now its still a Titan,but the Edifier S730D has defenetly won this fight ;)

hey cooles video hatte die anlage auch ma aba da is mir am nächsten tag eine boxe kapput gegangen weil ich es nich auf standby machn konnte^^.. also ich musste es immer direkt am subwoofer aus machn nd er hat immer geknaxt.. naja hab jetzt das teufel e 400 digital und der subwoofer davon is um einiges größer 60cm^^.. nd der bass is richtig krank an der seite hat er ein 300mm chassi und 325watt :D

Und genau deswegen hat man ja auch noch diverse Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. ;) Bass 4/6 und Woofer 7/10 ist eigentlich optimal.

Also so schnell solltest du den Woofer nicht killen können, aber auf maximaler Lautstärke hatte ich das System noch nicht. Da fetzt du eher dein Trommelfell als den Woofer. :D

My subwoofer is 4 cm away from the wall and I have no problems with the passive membranes. To my mind 2 cm would not be a big probleme.

I have put the subwoofer closer to the wall and there were no problems with the membrane and the sound was as good as usual.

I bought the Blue Sky EXO 2.1. It cost me a bit more than a S730, but it's worth it. They are REAL pro monitor speakers. :)
