By the way, the Dm3 locomotives operating on this line (7200 kW, 9660 hp) are the most powerful in the world. Just amazing!

Eurostars and other TGV are more powerful. But traction is low, so centenial DDA-40X with 6600Hp Diesel electric is considered the most powerful locomotive

Might be the most powerful Diesel electric, but Iore is now considered the most powerful electric locomotive..

Dm3 was the most powerful, IORE has 10800kW, about 14700hp.

It`s supposed to gain another 1200KW using booster function. Not being used though.

Dm3 has 7200 kW but IORE loco (on film) has 10800 kW, so this locomotive is most powerful in the world.

No. Because of the nature of the cargo (each wagon-and-load is about 100 tonnes), it was decided that stronger couplings were needed for these trains. But they work exclusively on the Luleå-Gällivare-Kiruna-Narvik routes in northern Sweden.

These trains have the Russian "Knnuckle" style couplings; I don't think standard European couplings would really be up to the job!

Ah ... You have to be an enthusiast of the Swedish Railways and not living anywhere near it to appreciate it! I guess videos of trains near my home would bore me!
