I had that first issue you had with CM7 also. I ended going into phone/call settings and turning on proximity sensor use and it worked. But I have a VM phone the MMS would not work on CM7 so i converted to BACKside IHO and it is fairly decent, def a step closer to perfect.

First i want to thank you for making the previous video that showed me how to install the 2.3.3 ROM it all went well but i also have that same problem you state about the proximity sensor. I saw this video but you dont have the links to the new ROM with the proximity sensor fix. I'm not sure if you're aware of this. If so can you please provide the links. Thanks.

I have a problem with skyfire video, it'll play through opera mini for a few seconds then jump to skyfire browser. any ideas?

Have you tried the Wiimote app with this mod/phone combination? I just got the LG Optimus Slider and im planning on rooting just for wiimote conectivity. Thanks!

i had a problem with that with 2.3.3 as well with the proximity senser i use bobzhome 2.3.7 bobs 101811 he loads updates every week or two the 101311 was not as good. the 101811 works so much better i love it

Has your voice button ( beside the camera) stopped working?

@moraless1978 I actually never used that button even when I had stock. And I know it doesn't work right away with CM7 but you might be able to select the functionality of that key through CM7 or AWD launcher.
