Gaza is under a blockade. What do you expect? after all, it has been controled for the past year by an extremist organization that has denied any right for Israel to exist and constantly declared it would fight until it's destroyed.

And Israel does let in aid. Notice that not a single Gazan ever died from hunger. Israel does restrict higher order goods, but all necessities are delivered. There is no "humanitarian crisis" as Palestinians like to call it.
