For instance, "I begin to wonder how can I live this..how can I embody it" - when you know yourself as the very basis of life, the witness of the body but free from the appearance or disappearance of the body, this question simply does not arise. The way she points to her body when she says this exposes her misplaced identification. Still she must be thinking she's helping people, so she's not to blame.
Shayla is speaking to those who have yet to recognize their own Non-duality. That's why she talks about trying to imagine it. Your Mind can be used as a tool to do this, by emptying itself. It is a recognition of What Is already. Nothing is attained. The Truth recognizes itself. "We" don't. The "I" is dissolved, which is what is blocking the Recognition. Shayla Knows this.
