  • Your best bet is to put a fence up high enough so that the dear stay out. I heard some were that they dont like human hair, so maybe if you put some around the area might move away. As far as the possums, I heard they are scared of foxes and you can buy all natural powders made from fox urine and sprinkle it around. This will also work for skunks, just make sure its safe for pets and kids. Other ideas for skunks are orange and lemon peels which they also dont like.

  • Excellent! I'm going to try and get my family garden up and running this year. I have a quick question for ya.. Around my house, we seem to have a problem with pests. Around here we have squirrels, ground hogs, deer, skunks, and possums. Besides that, we also have TONS of mosquitoes. Any tips in regards to keeping these pests away from the garden?

  • Great idea to do this kind of video! Thanks so much.

  • mow, sow, and grow, peace.

  • I'm here watching, Santiago. I got some of my heirloom seeds just this week.. (mostly herbs) . .

  • I am going to be starting brocoli and cambage in pots indoors so I can get a head start for the coming season

  • I don't have a garden, but it's a good idea of yours to use (indoor) pots instead... I actually find this whole home grown food thing fascinating. Not sure what I am going to try to grow first yet ... I will ponder upon that :). What are you going to plant next?
