@kevinhickey86 : haha, why is that? before I started I was 150lbs and 16% body fat, when i finished my 90 days I was 160lbs and 8%. Look around at other success stories, this program works.
@kevinhickey86 im 14 years old im super thin i started doing p90x about 1 month ago and you can feel every workout if you try your best i have great biceps and triceps and trying to gain muscle in my chest because im thin and i dont have chest i can feel this workout the day after you feel it p90x is simply amazing
@kevinhickey86 I feel you man, My wife came home talking about we should all do it, and i was like, "oh great another video workout" cause their always bogus, So I said fine, we'll try it, and I'll admit at first I downloaded it just to try it, then I bough it after the first week. I started @ 237lbs, 6'0 26% body fat. Today 4 weeks in, I am 222lbs, and haven't tested my body fat since, but I see results. The trick is the diet, the exercise is just a bonus. And the make sure you know that.
did you use free weights or resistance bands? I want to use weights but they are expensive and cant travel.. so I got resistance bands, hope I see the same results.
Sick dude, I have p90x i started but only kept it up for a month idk whyi stop getting motivated... I guess i gotta stop gaming for sure, focus on college + P90x only ._. and work.. Anyways looks great man, and i srly wanna step up my game gonna start tomorrow no doubt about it...
Going to start this weekend with the full nutrition plan, pull up bar, weights, and bands ... any supplements you recommend other than whey protein, creatine, and a pre work out?
P.S depending on how this round goes im thknking of buying p90x2 in the spring cant wait to see you in it, this video is one of the videos that really pumped me up to try this out
@goldenhunter08 : NIce man! The P90X recovery drink and a good whey protein are 2 that I highly recommend. Feel free to go to my P90X site GetRippedAtHome(dot)com Contact me through there and I can help you out!
You look great homie. I have a lot of friends that always like to knock P90X. They're all about the bodybuilder workouts. I used to be that way too. As time goes on though, my joints fell apart . Nothing against that style of training, it just took a toll on me. Plus, in P90X you're standing for most of the exercises that we normally sit for so you get a lot secondary core work.Keep it up.
@CadeMcArtor10 : It's all about what you want to do man. I agree. Some people just want to do gym stuff. For me, I like functional fitness. You can check out my beach workout video for a better idea of what I'm talking about. P90X is for real. It's a full fitness program. Wait till you see P90X2 (which I am in)
@scal11083 i used to work out back in high school, stopped for like two years and started p90x jus recently. i dunno my muscles got way too tight after my arms and shoulders workout it feels like its swollen.. it still hurts now and its messing me up from doing the other workouts..
@chanjhf : It sounds like you are just really sore from doing it. Which is totally normal your first week. Today you should have yoga, you should be able to do that one.
@alexparkespt : Haha, it's ok, I do get that question a lot. Yes, I used a Whey Protein and the P90X Recovery drink. You can see my diet on my P90X blog site at getrippedathome(dot)com
Your video is making me depressed. Im on day 60 and i dont even have the body build you had when you started the program on day one. UGH, i feel like p90x is a scam. Honestly, i sweat more when i ran a lot many years ago. But during this program i dont sweat much. I do feel a little more buff and i can kinda see it but im not losing wait, its kinda like my muscles are just pushing my fat out of the way and just makes me look fatter.
.. I think p90x only works for super skinny people like you.
@77777computerperson : First of all, your only on day 60...there is a reason why it's a 90 day program and not a 60 day program. 2nd, how is your diet? Are you following the Diet plan? 3rd, there is no way you shouldn't be sweating during these workouts unless you are really not using enough resistance. 4th, are you goals realistic?
Message me and check out my site getrippedathome(dot)com. I will help you get better results. I have helped lots of people lose a ton of weight with P90X
Hey man, I admire the hard work u put in. I had shoulder surgery n need to get back in shape and get strong for baseball. Will p90X get my legs stronger? Like will I be able to squat more?
@nriccione : Yes it will get your Legs stronger and more powerful. Legs/Back and Plyometrics does the trick there if your looking for more power for sports. If your lookign for pure squat strength then you will need to include more squats yourself.
i see you got ripped but did you also gain strenght, im thinkin bout gettin it and i wanna get ripped but i also wanna gain strenght not just "show muscles"
Thanx for your help. I see some your videos on youtube whit exercices and it looks hard. I must buy the cd or something? or i can find exercices on your site and if i must buy it tell me plese how much it cost and how can i get it because i am from ramania.
@RockxXxOn : Yes it really does work. There is a great nutrition guide that come with the program. Follow that. It's more of a lifestyle eating plan than a diet. It's about an hour per day. Message me if you have more questions or check out my site getrippedathome(dot)com
@halfaker100 : I followed the P90X diet guide as closely as possible. Your results come from both, so if you want great results in 90 days you have to follow the nutrition guide. You can check out my site for my diet, getrippedathome(dot)com
@morigator : Well since I do P90X, there are great chest/back workouts in that program. So that's what I do at home. You need a pull up bar and some dumbbells. I use adjustable dumbbells. Check out the tip section of my site getrippedathome(dot)com for tips on how to improve pull ups. That will help develop your back a lot.
@915olivares11 : Lean proteins, complex carbs, healthy fats, veggies, fruits, low fat dairy. Basically a healthy diet and the right amount of calories.
@TonyTheSecret : Yes, I had been going to the gym and getting no results past the first 4 weeks of going. I was at 150lbs for about 6 months before starting P90X. After 90 days I had gained 8-10 lbs and went from 16% to 8% body fat. The trainer at the gym that took my before/after measurements was stunned because he had said he hadn't even seen me to go the gym the whole time. I told it it was because I was working out at home...he was surprised ;)
i'll give everyone the solution right here for free.the best excersises for losing fat are jogging and swimming and having proper nutrition. period. these guys play it well and... they all want your money. why am i not famous for this? because my method takes a lot of time and dedication. something people lack in.
@23viktor23 I'm not hating on you. You are right about time and dedication, it is a dying trait in people today. I am only going to say that they don't actually make money off you unless you buy stuff from them. I have a beachbody coach, but I buy all my own stuff instead of beachbody products.
@hendershott08 well your good then i'm just trying to prevent people from buying the p90x program because they have the knowledge, they are just being dismissive and not dedicated. how many fatburners have been sold, how many abtronics, and i could go on for hours. no personal criticism towards this guy but it's the principle of the matter ;)
@sk8r9871 : It is true man. These pics were taken at day 1 and day 90. Why do you think I posted this video? Because I got incredible results. This is what happens when you do a great fitness program with great nutrition. Btw, P90X is NOT mostly cardio...it's mostly Weight training. Obviously you have never even tried P90X before.
@scal11083 do you know or realize how much lean muscle you packed on? the human body just isnt capable of such rapid growth. you've done steroids on p90x.
@sk8r9871 You don't have a clue about exercise or the human body. I have a degree in Molecular Biology. It can happen. Not to mention..when I graduated high school I was 149 lbs and received a football scholarship. I was told by my coaches I needed to gain 30lbs before reporting to camp. I went from 149lbs to 172 lbs from June 8th 1996 to august 17th 1996. All I did was work out and eat! I only took one supplement creatine! So stop hating on my man because YOU haven't seen similar results.
@sk8r9871 you're pathetic. Fat lazy people think like that. I've done 90 days of P90X and I have similar results ! Get off the coach.. do a search on the program and exercise.
@sk8r9871 lmao shut the fuck up i've never even researched p90x before now and i can see what it does. it isn't some magical workout machine, it's more or less changing your life to exercise instead of doing nothing with your time ( as I am right now, hence why I am interested in the program ) A body can transform as quickly as doing 15 biceps curls, doing those curls EVERY DAY, among other workouts, creates the full transformation.
@oliv2469 : I did another round of P90X that included P90X + Tony Horton's One on One workouts. If you want to see a recent video check out my beach workout video
@BoxerSonnyboyWatts : I think you are referring to P90X Classic, Doubles or Lean. Those are different schedules within the P90X program. I did "classic"
Dude awesome transformation....im planning to buy it too...Did u follow the nutrition plan as well? Also Dd u take any proteins or shakes during the process?
@scal11083 hey! could you help me out as well! I'm trying to come up with a vegeterian plan (religion) and have no knowledge of what supplements to take. (ankur.m.desai@live.com) - thanks!
How strictly did you follow the nutritition guide. I'm trying but it just feels like I can't stop cheating man..... of course I work at a fast food restaraunt.
@immortalsonicgamer : Well dude that would be tough for anyone if you work at a fast food restaurant. Can you give yourself short term goals? Try not to cheat for 5 days, start there. AS you can tell, I definitely followed the diet guide and I believe that 80% of results come from diet and the other 20% from intense workouts. Check out my site, I have some good food tips on there and contact me if you need help. getrippedathome(dot)com
@scal11083 Thank you, even though I'm losing weight, I know I can lose more weight if I could just cut out the junk. And I also believe that 80% of results come from diet. I need to stop making excuses and just say no. In 4 days I will finish the first month. And thank you once again for replying.
@immortalsonicgamer : I'm here to help man. I help people get results with P90X. So hit me up by sending me a message on here or contacting me via my site getrippedathome(dot)com and I can help ya.
@Jackosan12 : I just answered this a couple questions ago. P90X involves 3 days of resistance training (lifting). If you want to see what P90X does for strength go check out my video of the Beach Workout or find it on my site getrippedathome(dot)com
@KyleHockeyPro : I was going to the gym before P90X, plateaued and got frustrated. I couldn't gain muscle mass or get more cut. P90X solved that program for me. check out my site getrippedathome(dot)com for more.
@scal11083 hey great transformation. but how do you know you were plateauing? were you not getting as cut or choked fast enough or your lifting weight wasnt increasing?
@phenochio : Hey man. Yea I did/do take the P90X Recovery drink. It's money, I highly recommend it. If you have questions then send me a message or contact me through my site at getrippedathome(dot)com I am here to help.
@Lance1xxXx : Well I can't talk about to your results because i don't know your workout routine, intensity, consistency, or who clean your diet was. What I can say is that these results are absolutely true. I worked my @ss off, and followed an extremely clean diet for 90 days. I made sure I was eating enough to gain weight as well, and these were the 90 day results of it. Did I stop there? No, I have continued since then. I am now up to around 168-170. P90X works man, if you do it right.
@Lance1xxXx : It's by a band called "Brand New", I think it's called "quite things that no one ever knows". also, feel free to check out my blog site, getrippedathome(dot)com . I am in 2 of the new P90X2 videos coming out this winter.
I plan to start P90x very soon, and I was just wondering what to expect from the program. I look basically like you did when you started (albeit with a bigger stomach), but am only 135 lbs.
@Chongdotcom : I am 5'11". You can expect to get out of it what you put in. That includes that diet. You follow the diet plan, don't skip any workouts and you will get great results. If you need some help/tips let me know or visit my blog getrippedathome(dot)com
Did you follow the P90X meal plan or the portion control plan? If you did the portion control (which I think Im gonna do) did you use the p90x formula to figure out which level you fell under and the number of calories to consume daily? Im also 150lbs (ie your weight when you started) and I definitely dont want to lose weight because Im not eating enough! Thanks, and congrats!
@thakernikhil : I followed a combo of the portion plan and the calories/day and ratios suggested. I used the recipes and the foods suggested to choose what to eat. Message me and I can help ya with the diet, it's kinda my thing.
@scal11083 hey dude great body man i just got 2 questions first did u used a gymn or u got the body in ur own house ?? second how much pounds ur dumbels have that u used for the p90x and for last .... can i replace pull ups for push ups ?? (i dont have a bar to lift:D ) thanks :D
@foroeste1 : I did it all from home. I used adjustable dumbbells that go from 5-50lbs in increments of 5 and a Pull up bar...that's it! No you can't replace pull ups for push ups. Pull up bars are very inexpensive and you don't even have to install them if you have the right door.
@scal11083sean im a week done insanity and do not see results. It is because I didnt eat healthy. EVERYONE whos reading this EAT HEALTHy or else youll be like me who did isnanity and didnt see much results. IM very disapointed but im still going to continue my fitness journey. any beach workout this sunday?@scal11083

This is what happens when you do a great fitness program with great nutrition. Btw, P90X is NOT mostly cardio...it's mostly Weight training. Obviously you have never even tried P90X before.
scal11083 4 months ago 3
@scal11083 it doesnt matter the program. unless you cycled roids, this isnt possible.
sk8r9871 4 months ago
@sk8r9871 : It isn't possible to go from 16% body fat to 8 % and go from 150 to 160 lbs in 3 months? haha, you have no idea what you're talking about
scal11083 4 months ago
@scal11083 do you know or realize how much lean muscle you packed on? the human body just isnt capable of such rapid growth. you've done steroids on p90x.
sk8r9871 4 months ago
@sk8r9871 : Do yourself a favor and go search P90X results then tell me it isn't possible.
scal11083 4 months ago
@sk8r9871 You don't have a clue about exercise or the human body. I have a degree in Molecular Biology. It can happen. Not to mention..when I graduated high school I was 149 lbs and received a football scholarship. I was told by my coaches I needed to gain 30lbs before reporting to camp. I went from 149lbs to 172 lbs from June 8th 1996 to august 17th 1996. All I did was work out and eat! I only took one supplement creatine! So stop hating on my man because YOU haven't seen similar results.
flashyrings 4 months ago
@sk8r9871 you're pathetic. Fat lazy people think like that. I've done 90 days of P90X and I have similar results ! Get off the coach.. do a search on the program and exercise.
kinbola 4 months ago
@sk8r9871 lmao shut the fuck up i've never even researched p90x before now and i can see what it does. it isn't some magical workout machine, it's more or less changing your life to exercise instead of doing nothing with your time ( as I am right now, hence why I am interested in the program ) A body can transform as quickly as doing 15 biceps curls, doing those curls EVERY DAY, among other workouts, creates the full transformation.

How strictly did you follow the nutritition guide. I'm trying but it just feels like I can't stop cheating man..... of course I work at a fast food restaraunt.
immortalsonicgamer 4 months ago
@immortalsonicgamer : Well dude that would be tough for anyone if you work at a fast food restaurant. Can you give yourself short term goals? Try not to cheat for 5 days, start there. AS you can tell, I definitely followed the diet guide and I believe that 80% of results come from diet and the other 20% from intense workouts. Check out my site, I have some good food tips on there and contact me if you need help. getrippedathome(dot)com
scal11083 4 months ago
@scal11083 Thank you, even though I'm losing weight, I know I can lose more weight if I could just cut out the junk. And I also believe that 80% of results come from diet. I need to stop making excuses and just say no. In 4 days I will finish the first month. And thank you once again for replying.

What is better? The gym or P90X? And by the way were you flexing in the pictures?
KyleHockeyPro 4 months ago
@KyleHockeyPro : I was going to the gym before P90X, plateaued and got frustrated. I couldn't gain muscle mass or get more cut. P90X solved that program for me. check out my site getrippedathome(dot)com for more.

Lance1xxXx 4 months ago
@Lance1xxXx : Well I can't talk about to your results because i don't know your workout routine, intensity, consistency, or who clean your diet was. What I can say is that these results are absolutely true. I worked my @ss off, and followed an extremely clean diet for 90 days. I made sure I was eating enough to gain weight as well, and these were the 90 day results of it. Did I stop there? No, I have continued since then. I am now up to around 168-170. P90X works man, if you do it right.

Thanks, and congrats!
thakernikhil 5 months ago
@thakernikhil : I followed a combo of the portion plan and the calories/day and ratios suggested. I used the recipes and the foods suggested to choose what to eat. Message me and I can help ya with the diet, it's kinda my thing.

@scal11083 hey dude great body man i just got 2 questions first did u used a gymn or u got the body in ur own house ?? second how much pounds ur dumbels have that u used for the p90x and for last .... can i replace pull ups for push ups ?? (i dont have a bar to lift:D ) thanks :D
foroeste1 5 months ago
@foroeste1 : I did it all from home. I used adjustable dumbbells that go from 5-50lbs in increments of 5 and a Pull up bar...that's it! No you can't replace pull ups for push ups. Pull up bars are very inexpensive and you don't even have to install them if you have the right door.
