Later on in the manga, an older Bart uses some Hokuto Shinken techniques he learned while watching Kenshiro fight. Kenshiro didn't actually teach Bart Hokuto Shinken at all during their time together, I don't really know why he didn't teach Bart.

Yeah, I remember reading that in the manga. I don't think Kenshiro even considered training Bart in Hokuto Shinken in any point during their journey. He was always more focused on helping people or finding Yuria during the Shin arc.
