lemme guess norty and braigs been trying to kill ienzy (and ansem) until one day he got turned into a nobody and then killed braig. then he ate ice cream seeing 'winner' on it and realized he gained nothing from killing braig
it got all close to ansem's face and i was all like
"whoa. dude."

he's actually there becaws his parents died and ansem (and etc) were raiseing him. but..... you may have been getting close with the norty part.
but you probably already knew his story...... I LUV HIS STORY
