The video is good, but only one thing I am not sure about. It is the [Pretty Woman Looking into the mirror](美人照鏡). I don't think you should use [Pretty Woman] while the opponent is grabbing your shoulders. Just give him/her a punch is enough.
What I learnt is that [Pretty Woman] is applied when the oppenent is giving me a straight punch towards head/chest.
@hughming thanks brother for your opinion,beauty in the mirror can be used in more than one way..try this block as you explained agains a boxer or anyone else with half good skills...if using this against a strike I wouldnt do it from a static position but rather at the same time moving out...like blocking to the right but moving to the left...again there are always more than one ways.
