i wasn't expecting this recording to be sped up so much and when it loaded up it startled me and i started choking on my coffee lol. bit of a whirlwind for my morning head there! one thing's for sure...this upload of it certainly keeps one moving fast! :)
I was Charlene's steady guy, but I sneeked off with Nancy to the Cobo Arena to see this guy. It sounds silly, but that was the first time that I had ever held hands with Nancy. I can still feel the shivers up my spine when she took my hand as we walked to the snack bar. After sixty two years of life, so many exciting sexual experiences, so much that I have done, I can still remember how I felt with the simple touch of her hand. Some people will never experience such a feeling.
No, no, no ... This is all terribly wrong. If the intent was to be funny, like a munchkin thing, then that's different, but that doesn't seem to be the case here, and it doesn't really come off anyway. Whoever sped this up doesn't understand the simple, basic concept of groove. Plus they should have their funeral obituary read at blazingly high speed, and see how much of it people remember, let alone appreciate. Savor music at the tempo it was given you. Don't turn it into a Big Mac. I'll get o
Love it. I have the 45 of this too. A little nicked up but it plays just fine. This is about the speed it goes for me on my turntables... don't have any with self-correcting speed.
Apparently ..wiki info--their original drummer was Drachen Theaker. However, Theaker suffered from aviophobia, and this meant he could not tour with his bandmates when the time arose for them to tour overseas. Thus, Theaker was the drummer on the band's eponymous album, but afterwards, Palmer took his place, and became a permanent member of the band...Carl Parlmer did tour w/Art Brown. In Dallas I saw both Art Brown and Atomic Rooster..Palmer was drums in one of them..forgot which??
Bloody 'ell,m8. I posted that comment 3 months ago,and youve only just replied.LOL. Well, anyway, You dont need Stereotube. All u need as a replacement is Digitope Media Digitizer.which does the same kind of job as Stereotube.Converts all your old vinyl to MP3's. Then put it all togeather in Windows Movie Maker,or whatever video editor software u use.
yeah sos abt that, some msgs get missed if more than one person comments, putting together vids isnt a prob, its just what youtube do to them when they rerender them, there are several vids ive put up as wmv's n let yt do their stuff, but for my tunes, mixes and tracks i want hq stereo, even yt's hq options dont give as hq n wot not as i was getting, nyway ill get back to some tunes when i have a mo n up as wmv from now on :)
well with turntables you have a pitch control so when mixing and beat matching you can adjust the speed of the record, on almost all my recordings i increase the pitch, or speed for the layman, by about 10-20% above the standard 45rpm which would noramaly make the sound, especially the vocals, a bit chipmonky LOL but my decks have a thing called key correction which maintains the original tone of the record when activated, so in this case it pitches the sound back down so it sounds normal :)
Ok. But the thing is,why bother? I mean why dont u just leave both pitch and key corretion on neutral and just record it normally,if you see what I mean.
@MrUncleglenn you should write one of them romance books...the ones with fabio on the cover...

For the life of me I cannot figure why on earth you've buggered this up by speeding it up. It was meant to be played as it was recorded you plonker.

@tfcrew Thanks for the info but is Drachen Theaker a real name?

@tfcrew Must have been Rooster since Palmer & Crane left Brown to form Rooster--at least that's what I thought. I doubt Palmer went back to Brown.
