Is the first crop circle you went to in view of Silbury hill? Me and my mate went down to that one this year in may time, but it was very old and trampled and to be honest you cannot appreciate the magnitude of it from the ground, but there were a load of peeps in the middle performing a communion :)

@Kroaky I hate to ruin the magic for you but this was a big part of welsh culture and as you can see carries on today. There were plenty of books published specifically on the subject of crop circles long before aliens got accused of destroying random farmer's hard work.

I'm a grf artist and when doing a piece on the wall say 8 foot by 5 foot i will have to stand back at points to get a view of the whole picture more than once, same applies to cc's a person would have to hover 30 foot above the cc to make sure everything was geometrically perfect, not happening, oh wait it's done in pitch black to, doh.....
