There is a very specific place where you can hide and steal the gems without the guy next to you noticing it. You don't need any invisibility. The other good thing is to kill the guy that lends good to get the good katanas =). If I remember well for the armor you can get a good part of the glass armor in that shop near the entrance of the central zone. You can go walking there and use a 10 sec invisibility ring to steal the armour part by part.

u can jump on the chest then look rite below a soul gem and jump an grab it:) much eaiser then invisible,rest,take,repeat....­it worked for me and i got all of em

Ya just grab everything off the desk during that fake gem quest at Balmora. The grand soul gem is worth a cool 60,000!!!

@DBZfan1433 mudcrab merchant or charm someone with 1000 or more money then they'll give you more for your stuff then you buy lots of shit off them or bribe them to give them money to buy stuff from you :P

crap method. if you join the mages guide, the second duty is to hide a fake soul gem in the desk, at this time there is no one around. just loot the entire desk and no one will notice. also, most merchants don't have enough gold to validate selling objects like them

Wow wy would you waste your time stealling the grand soul gem with wing twilight its wirth 60 but the merchant with the most money only has 10k

because there are tricks with the mudcrap to get all 60k you sell him other stuff first to get his inventory up and when you sell him the Grand Soul Gem you buy back your other items to get it do to 10 k, wait 24 hrs and then sell back the items you traded. Thats how you get the 60k

ya or on like the 3rd or 4rth mage guild mission she leaves her spot and youre free 2 take as u wish but where u gonna sell em smart 1 besides the mudcrab merchant where youll have to reduce youre price to 10k
